These terms govern the use of the services provided by UTKAST AI AS (“UTKAST AI”) through www.utkast.ai. By registering and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
The agreement takes effect when the user registers and remains valid until the user terminates their account, or the account is terminated in accordance with section 12.
UTKAST AI grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service and its documentation during the term of the agreement. The user agrees not to use the service for illegal, offensive, discriminatory or harmful content, and to avoid spreading viruses or similar. The user shall not attempt to copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer or use the service to build competing solutions. In case of unauthorized use, UTKAST AI may suspend access without liability.
UTKAST AI will strive to keep the service available 24/7, except during maintenance. Standard support is offered during normal business hours, and UTKAST AI may adjust the support policy as needed.
Both parties shall comply with applicable data protection laws. The user consents to UTKAST AI collecting usage data to improve the service, including on an aggregated and anonymized basis.
UTKAST AI provides the service with reasonable professional skill and care but does not guarantee that the service will always be error-free, available or uninterrupted. The user acknowledges that the service may be affected by external network conditions.
The user shall provide the information necessary for UTKAST AI to deliver the service, ensure that content and data shared are lawful, and obtain necessary consents when recording meetings. The user is responsible for their own networks, systems and compliance with applicable laws.
All rights to the service and documentation belong to UTKAST AI and/or its licensors. The user receives no rights other than the limited right to use granted under this agreement.
The service is provided “as is”. UTKAST AI is not liable for loss, damage or indirect consequences arising from use of the service, unless otherwise required by mandatory law. The user is solely responsible for assessing results and content generated by the service.
Both parties undertake to keep confidential information secret unless disclosure is required by law or public authority. This obligation applies for five years after termination of the agreement.
The user shall pay the applicable subscription price as stated on www.utkast.ai. UTKAST AI may change prices with notice. Payment is made by valid payment card or another agreed method.
The user may terminate the agreement by closing the account. UTKAST AI may terminate the agreement in case of breach of the terms, non-payment, or if access to the underlying AI provider ceases.
The agreement is governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be heard by the Norwegian courts with Oslo District Court as the agreed venue.
